Alexandra Clancy, PA-C

Alexandra Clancy, MMS, PA-C, is a board-certified physician assistant (PA) who has worked with patients in California, Texas, and New Mexico. Born and raised in San Clemente, California, she has over five years of surgical experience in plastic surgery as well as general and trauma surgery.

Alex completed her undergraduate degree at the University of San Diego and received her Master’s degree in Physician Assistant Studies from Nova Southeastern University in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. In 2016, Alex graduated from PA school with honors and has been practicing in this field for seven years. She spent three years working in emergency rooms before transitioning to plastic surgery and trauma surgery.

Alex’s ample experience with complex surgical procedures and patients set the foundation for a career focused on precision, attention to detail, and confidence. During her time in plastic surgery, she witnessed the life-changing, positive impacts that aesthetic procedures can have on a patient—including coming into the office every day to see incredible patient results. This was the catalyst for her passion in the aesthetic industry, leading her to becoming an expert in her field.

Today, Alex is most passionate about Botox, dermal fillers, and facial plastic surgery to help patients look and feel their best. “My favorite part of working at RefinedMD is helping patients become their most confident selves by working with them to highlight their already beautiful features,” she says. Alex lives in Los Gatos, California with her husband and miniature golden retriever, Charlie. They spend much of their time together exploring different music venues and catching live shows. Alex also enjoys interior design as well as practicing yoga and hot Pilates.
