How Does Accufit Work?
Accufit uses electrical muscle stimulation to induce a strengthening response while mimicking the muscle movements achieved by athletes during training sessions. It delivers electronic energy to multiple large muscle groups through electrodes attached to the patient. The focus is on muscle building rather than fat reduction, using unique waveforms that facilitate a range of muscle contractions, including both concentric and eccentric contractions. The computer-controlled treatment emulates 4 distinct exercise patterns, all under the control of an intelligent real-time impedance feedback system.
Patients enjoy the most accurate replication of muscle movements performed by athletes, such as those achieved during exercises like planks, squats, twisting, and kettlebell movements, among others.
