This early 60’s female presented for a surgical consultation to improve the appearance of her lower face and neck. Having used lasers, neuromodulators, and fillers to slow down the effect of aging, she realized she probably needed a more definitive surgical intervention to reverse the changes caused by sun exposure and age. The patient met with Board Certified facial surgeon Dr. Sudeep Roy a few times while weighing her options.
