This early 70’s female with a previous history of lower face and neck lift presented for a revision lower facelift. Her goals were to address laxity in the lower face and neck, which was increasingly noticeable. She also wanted to understand her options for skin resurfacing to reduce wrinkles and brown spots that she developed over time.
