Lower Eyelid Before & After Case 1089

This 66-year-old female presented to our clinic for treatment of heavy eyelid bags that she felt made her look more tired and aged than she really was or felt. Board certified plastic surgeon Dr. Sudeep Roy identified the issue, prolapsed orbital fat (fat around the eye) starting to fall forward and show. Surgical management was the only definitive approach to improve the appearance of her eyes in this case. The patient underwent bilateral lower blepharoplasty (lower eyelid lift surgery) through an incision on the inside of the eyelid.
