This 51-year-old male presented with concerns related to bags under his eyes. He had tried a variety of different non-surgical treatments that yielded limited benefit. He was referred to Dr. Sudeep Roy for surgical consultation. The patient was found to be a good candidate for transconjunctival (incision on the inside of the lid) lower blepharoplasty and partial fat transfer to the tear trough and cheek.
