This patient consulted with double board certified Dr. Sudeep Roy after a previous rhinoplasty, concerned with an irregular profile and lack of tip definition. She also had an inverted-V deformity, where the outline of the nasal bones became more visible over time because of a lack of cartilaginous support over the bridge. The patient underwent revision rhinoplasty to support and restore a more balanced dorsal contour. Tip cartilages were reinforced while providing better refinement.
