This 69-year-old female with a previous history of upper blepharoplasty presented for progression of upper eyelid laxity with time, leading to a more aged appearance of her eyelids. While applying make-up, she would notice the crepey skin and folding which would then make application difficult. She was also very concerned about the puffiness under her eyes, which made her look so tired when in actuality, she was quite the opposite. The patient underwent upper blepharoplasty, lower blepharoplasty, limited incision lower facelift (aka Refresh Minilift) and facial fat transfer.
