This 45-year-old female presented for concerns related to upper eyelid laxity and puffiness. She wanted a natural-appearing correction for greater eyelid show and less heaviness over the eyelid. The patient met Dr. Sudeep Roy in consultation who recommended an in-office upper blepharoplasty. This was performed under local anesthesia and minimal oral sedation.
