I would love to share my experience with RefinedMD clinic and, in particular, Dr. Roy, who performed my lower blepharoplasty. It’s been about two months since my surgery, and I can honestly say that I am incredibly happy with my results. This place not only found the cancer that other doctors elsewhere hadn’t and saved me, but they saved my partner from a foot issue he’d had all his life that other docs didn’t help him with. They made simple things like skin tag removal and testing easy and got me the first prescription for my scalp skin issue that ever worked. Love this place.

I had been wanting to do a lower bleph with fat transfer for a long time, so I spent years researching and meeting with different doctors, even in Beverly Hills. I can’t say enough good things about RefinedMD and the entire staff that works there. They are professional, knowledgeable, friendly and super helpful. I’ve been a patient for many years for dermatology, cosmetic procedures and most recently plastic surgery with Dr.Roy. Dr.Roy is an amazingly talented surgeon. He listens carefully, answers my many questions and has a great eye for detail. I couldn’t be happier with my results and have received many compliments from friends and family. I just went to Alex (PA) for Botox for the first time. She did a wonderful job and provided me with a lot of helpful information about skincare. I highly recommend RefinedMD.

My time with Dr. Roy and the RefinedMD crew has been incredible. I’m sharing this because I was terrified before surgery, unsure if I’d picked the right surgeon, so I'm hoping this will help someone who is feeling that way. Social media makes it hard to distinguish between a 'famous' surgeon and a truly skilled one. I found Dr. Roy on a random Facebook find. Despite that random start, I felt immediately comfortable with him during my first consultation. He understood my goals immediately and he explained the process and expectations clearly. Still, I worried if "comfortable" meant "the best," but after two other consultations, no one else compared. He didn't upsell me on a lip lift, full face lift or upper eye blepharoplasty, which I appreciated. So we agreed on a neck, lower face, and brow lift. For context: I’m 55 and felt my neck looked 70, even though my face passed for early 40s (I was told ;-)). I felt like I didn't need a lot of work on my face. Hence, I was scared of looking "overdone" or worse than before. Dr. Roy is incredibly skillful - I am stunned by the results. My husband even says I look younger than on our wedding day 17 years ago! The result is so natural. I just look like my old self. The team (including Christine & Alex) is genuinely kind—not just "customer service" nice. Beyond his skill, the care was personal. Dr. Roy gave us his personal cell number and responded instantly during those first few days after surgery when my husband reached out to him with concerns/questions. My advice? Follow every pre & post-op instruction. They aren't optional. The first few days are tough, and you definitely need help, but I’d do it again in a heartbeat. Dr. Roy is a top-tier surgeon who doesn't need a Beverly Hills office or flashy marketing to prove it. Don't be fooled by follower counts and constant postings by other doctors that just lead to price gouging. If you're looking for a plastic surgeon, look no further than Dr. Roy.
