I traveled all the way from Florida to the San Francisco area for my lower blepharoplasty because it was incredibly important to me to see Dr. Roy, and I’m so glad I did. The entire experience was excellent, from Christy’s help with scheduling to the nurses at the surgery center (they were so kind, so sad I can’t remember their names). Dr. Roy is personable, professional, and polite. He treated me as an individual and personalized the procedure to the results I was hoping for! I had bruising for only approximately 11 days after surgery and haven’t had any since. I’m in love with my results and couldn’t recommend Dr. Roy and his team more! Thank you for taking such great care of your patients.
I called last minute to see if they could help me with an atrocious pimple/cyst that would not go away. They accommodated the appointment and I was seen by Alex. She did a wonderful job in making me feel confident in her abilities to properly inject the cortisone shot. She was quick and efficient. Also the office smelled so good and clean. Loved it. Will be coming back! Oh, and the pimple finally went flat within hours.

I had a lower blepharoplasty, fat grafting, and CO2 laser treatment done by Dr. Roy and I truly couldn’t be happier with my experience and results. For years, I had tried every remedy imaginable to improve my under eye area. It was an insecurity of mine. This was a procedure I had wanted for such a long time but I wanted to find the right surgeon, especially for something as delicate as my face. After doing a lot of research, I found Dr. Roy. I’m so so grateful I did. From my very first call with Christina and Monica to my pre op appointment with Alex and Dr. Roy, the entire team was incredible! I felt cared for, listened to and most importantly confident that I was in the best hands. If you’ve been contemplating this procedure, DO IT! It was honestly one of the best decisions I’ve made. I am absolutely obsessed with my results and couldn’t be happier with how beautiful, natural and refreshed everything looks. Even after the surgery Dr. Roy personally stayed in touch with me through multiple calls and texts and followed up with me at two weeks, six weeks, and will be following up with me again at three months. He is truly not the kind of surgeon who performs your procedure and then you never hear from him again. His dedication, attention to detail and genuine care for his patients are unmatched. I could not have trusted anyone more with my face and I’m so thankful I chose Dr. Roy and his amazing team. I couldn’t be happier with my facelift results with Dr. Roy. Dr. Roy’s surgical techniques yielded little to no bruising after my deep-plane facelift along with upper and lower bleph, allowing me to get back to work much sooner than I expected. . If you’re considering a facelift and are concerned about downtime, bruising, or looking overly “done,” I highly recommend Dr. Roy. He is at the leading edge of facial rejuvenation, with an incredible ability to achieve natural-looking results while making the recovery as smooth and as quick as possible. Five stars for Dr. Roy and his staff who have been fantastic with post-procedural care.

Service and staff are great! I had an outstanding experience from beginning to end at RefinedMD. I highly recommend Alex Clancy, P.A. at Refined MD! I had a laser treatment with Alex and I had a great experience. She is professional, knowledgeable but also has a warm and friendly manner. I feel she genuinely cares about achieving the results I wanted from the laser treatment. She goes above and beyond!

I did a consult with Dania about an adipose reduction. She was very helpful and friendly. Ultimately we decided that the area wasn't a good candidate for this type of procedure.

I love the facials I get with Hannah and the skincare education I get here is excellent. The clinical coordinator Esperanza is very knowledgeable and following a free analysis of my skin using photos over time she was able to make evidence based recommendations for skin care solutions appropriate to my age and skin type. I’m looking forward to trying the changes she recommended to my skin care routine.
