Dr. Roy and his whole team were amazing. I have never had any type of facial surgery before but Dr. Roy explained my options and listened to my questions and concerns. My results were fantastic! Completely fitting with my desires to look natural and refreshed. My follow up care was remarkable as well. At all my appointments Dr. Roy and the other nurses were so helpful and I was impressed with their interest and encouragement as I hit all of my little healing milestones. I feel so lucky that I found Refined MD…I will continue my relationship with them because of the outstanding quality of service with a very compassionate staff. Shout out to McKenna, Alex Christine, Giti who helped me so much with my pre and post surgery care. Dr Roy is AMAZING!!!!! I have extreme medical anxiety but have always wanted a blepharoplasty specifically a trifecta lift. and he made me feel so comfortable during the process. My results are ....incredible. Keep in mind I got a trifecta lift and also decided to get full face Co2 laser as well. The best money I have ever spent. I live in BEVERLY HILLS and I traveled to the Bay Area to see Dr Roy because after seeing his work online and having a consult with him I knew he would do an amazing job. LA GIRLS HEAD TO THE BAY!!! He's so much better than any LA surgeon, I'm telling you. I will post a before and after no makeup and then also a selfie 4 weeks post op w makeup. I would trust this man w my life.

At 41yo I thought it time to start medical grade skin care treatments and this office was stellar at holding two way conversation to figure out which ones; listening to understand, asking questions, and providing honest/genuine recommendations. Dr S was so quick and precise during my first PRF treatment and McKennas knowledge of laser treatments delivered noticeable results after the first pass. I was really fearful about which office to choose because these procedures are an investment that matters so I was really happy that the care and delivery of treatment all exceeded expectations. I felt so confident in this office that I even allowed a teaching moment during my second PRF which delivered the same care and prestige that I felt the first time around. To be clear about my expectations: I do not want to erase time to look younger or freeze time, I just want people to think I look good for my age and take care of myself and Refine has unquestionably delivered on that request.

I saw McKenna for Botox/Dysport and had such a great experience with her. She was incredibly knowledgeable, answered all of my questions, and took the time to explain everything so I felt confident and informed. She really listened to my goals and helped guide me toward the best results. I’m so happy with how everything turned out and will absolutely be coming back to see her again. Highly recommend!
