I had a fantastic experience during my micro-needling appointment with McKenna! I’ve done this treatment before at another well known spa in the Bay Area. The results from McKenna’s treatment were much more effective and FAR more noticeable. Before the treatment she addressed all of my concerns, I wanted to feel better about my skin without adding more Botox or filler. She explained all the options then made recommendations making me feel confident in our plan to achieve my best skin!

I had an amazing experience getting laser treatment for my dark spots and acne. I felt comfortable the entire time and was checked in on throughout the whole process. There were lots of giggles, which made the experience even more enjoyable and relaxing. It’s only been three days and I’ve already been getting so many compliments on my skin—everyone can see a difference already! All of the staff were incredible, and McKenna especially made my treatment so enjoyable. She was professional, kind, and truly lovely. I couldn’t recommend this place more.

I had such an incredible experience at RefineMD, and I can confidently say this is one of the best dermatology and skincare visits I’ve ever had. I booked a facial with Dania, and she was absolutely amazing. From the moment I met her, she made me feel comfortable, heard, and completely at ease. She is not only knowledgeable and professional, but also genuinely caring. She explained everything she was doing, tailored the facial to my skin’s needs, and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. My skin looked refreshed, glowing, and healthier immediately after — you can tell she truly knows what she’s doing. The entire RefineMD team also deserves recognition. The staff is friendly, welcoming, and very accommodating Especially Vanessa who is exceptional. From check-in to check-out, everything felt smooth, organized, and professional. The clinic itself is clean, calm, and has a very relaxing atmosphere. Overall, it was an outstanding experience. I’ve been on the fence for two years about getting lip filler due. This changed when I found refinedmd in Los Gatos. Mina made my experience relaxing and was so kind! Rachelle helped me obtain the look I was going for and was transparent, which I appreciated. She did an amazing job and I’m looking forward to coming back in the near future!

I highly recommend Dr. Roy. I have a history of Bell's palsy on the left side of my face, which caused uneven aging over time, especially under my eyes and left eyebrow area. I got it 10 years ago and now I'm 40. After years of following Dr. Roy's work and seeing his skills and results, I felt confident choosing him for my lower blepharoplasty (with fat transfer + CO2 laser) and endoscopic brow lift. From the very beginning, Dr. Roy and his team, Christine, Alexandra, and Monica provided truly exceptional care. He truly has a DREAM TEAM!! I asked many questions prior to surgery, and they were there every step of the way to answer all of them. Christine was always making me laugh and answered all of my questions and made me feel comfortable. His PA Alexandra was so sweet and kind and explained everything with detail. During consultations and appointments leading up to the surgery, I was never rushed or made to feel like I was taking too much time. They were always patient, kind, and thorough, which really stood out to me and made me feel completely at ease. I'm a very selective and intentional person, and their patient care and Dr. Roy's talents exceeded my expectations. I wish more places gave this kind of care and service to people. Dr. Roy's bedside manner was top-notch, and the recovery was very manageable with minimal discomfort. My only discomfort was day 4/5 and that was due to my swelling. My results are beautiful, natural, and exceeded my expectations. Dr. Roy is incredibly talented, and I'm so grateful I met him 5 years ago and that I chose him. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone considering facial surgery. He's a true artist. Thank you so much Dr. Roy for your exceptional work!!

Dr Roy was very supportive in getting me thru my neck lift experience. I had swelling and bruising at first and he went out of his way to give me red light treatments and sonic wave treatments. I had a big event in 2 weeks and we were working extra hard to get my face looking presentable. I attended thee event 2 weeks after surgery and no one noticed anything !
