Refined MD, was amazing to work with. The entire staff was pleasant and caring, and Dr. Roy was awesome. He was friendly, caring, and reassuring. He genuinely cares about his patients.

I recently had the pleasure of having Dr. Roy as my plastic surgeon, and I must say, I am beyond impressed with his skill and expertise. From start to finish, Dr. Roy and his team made me feel comfortable and confident in my decision to undergo facial cosmetic surgery. During my initial consultation for a face lift, Dr. Roy took the time to listen to my concerns and answer all of my questions in a thorough and thoughtful manner. I never felt rushed .He explained the procedure in detail and provided me with realistic expectations for the outcome. Alex , Monica and Christine who were so friendly , professional and always available to assist. Dr. Roy and his surgical care team members Alex and Monica were incredibly professional and attentive. Throughout the recovery process, Dr. Roy continued to provide excellent care and support. He checked in on me regularly and provided me with detailed instructions for post-operative care. I am now completing 12weeks post op and I look so natural and refreshed , it really exceeded my expectations !!! Amazing results, looks and feels absolutely natural !! I had a lower facelift and fat transfer under my eyes done by Dr Roy 6 weeks ago. I could not be happier with the results! The scar’s are already barely noticeable and there was very little swelling and bruising. Most importantly, I look 10 years younger! Is this the face of a 58 year old? Besides the fantastic results, I absolutely love Dr Roy and all the staff that worked with me. I don’t know where they find these lovely professionals but everyone was so nice!
