Dr. Roy and his staff are amazing!! I’ve never had surgery before so it was a little nerve racking but throughout my whole process, beginning to end, Dr. Roy and his staff have always shown that they really care for me as a patient and my all my concerns. They definitely made me feel comfortable and safe throughout my surgery process. So incredibly happy with my results and their service!!

I have had several visits at RefinedMD over the last few years and have found the staff to all be very friendly and knowledgeable. My latest visits have been with Rachelle and her medical assistant Elsa. What a pleasure they have been. They were very thoughtful in their treatment approach and listened to my concerns/desires and were able to accomplish the results I was looking for. I’m am very happy with how my treatments have turned out!

Dr. Roy and his team have taken care of me for mini facelift. I received wonderful care and attention throughout the entire process. He is professional, experienced and very detail oriented. I didn’t have any complications. I’m very happy with the outcome and I highly recommend Dr. Roy to anyone in search of a wonderful surgeon and team!

Dr. Roy performed a face and neck lift surgery for me in spring of 2022. I was 57 at the time. I had become uncomfortable with sagging skin on my neck and face. The consult convinced me to do the surgery. He was patient and thorough as we discussed the options, expected results and recovery. It was important for me to look like a younger version of myself and not a different person. After surgery no one asked if I had something done. Though many noticed I looked refreshed and relaxed. A year and a half later it’s not uncommon for people to be surprised by my real age. Dr Roy has a wonderful manner. His staff is professional and friendly. He is available 24/7 after surgery. I made several calls to ask questions. He was always available. I’m glad I had the surgery. I love the results and the experience was very positive.

Getting a "neck job" (aka a lower facelift) is something I'd been wanting to do since my 30s, never having a defined jaw. In my early 50s I lost 35 pounds and the sagging skin under my chin became very apparent [to me]. So a few years later I decided to take the plunge. Dr. Roy and his staff were very attentive, listening closely that I didn't want to look like I had "work done" only that I wanted my face to match my body. I also expressed that in general I was very low maintenance and hardly ever wore any make up, dressed up, etc. I wanted to continue my low maintenance look. Now a few months out, I couldn't be happier. The surgery was easier than expected and the result is amazing. People who I didn't tell don't notice (I get get comments like "wow your hair looks great") and those who do know say it looks very natural. I highly recommend Dr. Roy and his staff.

Have been coming here for years and have recommended to many friends who are now patients as well. The only providers who have helped manage my ongoing melasma that no other providers have been able to help. Staff are so incredibly friendly, love everyone here!!

The initial interview with Dr Roy was detailed and thorough. His clear explanations of the procedure and his responses to my questions were influential in making my decision on what clinic and surgeon to use. I’m very happy with the results and confident I made the right decision

Excellent! Dr. Roy was available on his cell and followed up regularly to make sure everything was ok after the procedure. I couldn’t speak more highly of the customer service of the staff and Dr. Roy.
