I have visited RefinedMD many times for injectables and facials and always had a great experience. When I decided I was ready to make a more permanent change, I did a significant amount of research to find the *right* doctor for my case. I was happy to find that Dr. Roy had a lot of experience in the procedure I was interested in. After a consultation with him, discussions with Christine (surgical consultant), and sleeping on it for a few months, I decided to book my procedure. I am now 6 weeks post op and so glad I made this choice. Dr. Roy, Alex (PA), and the rest of his team have made me feel comfortable, ensured I understood all steps and had all my questions answered, and they followed up religiously post op. The RefinedMD team have felt like true partners. I highly recommend Dr. Roy!

I first met Vera Lee for a Botox Injection and right then i knew she’s the one i would trust to do the rest of the treatments i needed. She is very proficient, she listens to what you want to achieve and suggests treatments accordingly. I am very happy with the results and i get a lot of compliments about it, the best one is when i get asked how come i never aged. So i hope she never leaves but wherever she goes i will follow.

If you’re looking for an exceptional, extremely talented, double-board certified facial plastic surgeon who will deliver natural-looking results, Dr. Sudeep Roy is the surgeon you’re looking for. After doing a lot of research and meeting with several other surgeons, I knew after my consultation with Dr. Roy that my search was over. Not only is he incredibly warm, kind, and genuine, he also makes you feel like you’re the only patient he has on his schedule that day. During my consultation, he answered all of my questions very thoroughly, and after I booked my surgery, he gave me his cell phone number and said to reach out anytime, day or night. I’m now six weeks post-op from a deep plane facelift, neck lift, lip lift, upper eyelid lift and endoscopic brow-lift, and I absolutely cannot be happier with my results. One more very important thing to note: Dr. Roy is meticulous when it comes to stitching incisions, taking his time during surgery to make them as neat as possible and hide them well. So, in addition to delivering a very natural-looking result, the incisions, once healed, will not be noticeable; in fact, mine are barely noticeable now. Finally, I have to mention Dr. Roy’s team, which is top-notch. Christine, Alex, Hannah, and Kendrick are just like Dr. Roy: incredibly warm, kind, and very attentive. If you’re looking to do any kind of facial plastic surgery, I highly recommend booking a consultation with Dr. Roy so you can see for yourself how amazing he is.

Dr. Roy was recommended to me thru a network of acquaintances that have been cared for by him over the past year. I met him for a consult and he was open about what my procedure would, and would not, achieve. Dr. Roy, and his team, demonstrated a high level of professional experience and care focused on helping me achieve the desired results. Alex (Dr. Roy’s P.A.) explained the pre and post-procedure “dos and don’ts” in a concise manner which made it easy to follow and complete. Alex was very responsive to my follow-up questions and always returned by calls and emails within the same business day. Christine (Dr. Roy’s coordinator), moved mountains to schedule my procedure given the short window of available time that I had. The day before the procedure, Dr. Roy called me to make sure I was doing OK and that I had followed the pre-procedure requirements. After arriving home from the procedure, Dr. Roy again checked in to ensure I wasn’t experiencing any discomfort. Having undergone the procedure, and knowing the quality level of care I have received, if asked “whether I would choose Dr. Roy and his team again”, the answer is “yes”. My objective was accomplished and I received the utmost trusted and experienced care from this team throughout the process. They are dedicated professionals focused on making the patients look and feel their best.
