I'm continuing skin treatment @ RefinedMD for facial blemishes; related to Post Acne marks & Large Pores. I've selected PRP Therapy and Genius RF Laser micro-needling. Each have different results, but my goal is to increase the use of the Genius device, I've seen greater results, with less down time. Great dermatology office with varieties in Cosmetic skin care needs. Overall staff personnel are friendly and structured. Vera Lee helps with active listening and assembles the most effective methods for improving skin quality.

I've been a customer of RefinedMD for close to 4 years now, seeing them primarily for my aesthetic services. I started seeing Nurse Alice about 2 years ago, and I must say, she is the absolute best, perhaps the best in the bay area! Alice is extraordinarily talented, I have been seeing her primarily for Lasers and Injectables. She is patient, listens to your concerns, and offers variable approaches for how to tackle each area you are looking for improvement on. Her diligence and thoroughness always leaves me with incredible results! 10/10!!

RefinedMD came highly recommended from two dear friends of mine. Hannah is, hands down, the best facial clinician I have experienced. She was able to make skin care and product recommendations, helped me learn how to best care for my skin, and she was very attentive to my individual concerns. She even stayed beyond her regular schedule to see me. Her scheduler, Nancy, is also wonderful. Nancy was able to get me the appointment I needed, and with coordinating my work schedule and my kids, it was no small feat! I then saw Dr. Swengel for Botox and he was quick and professional, and his staff Esperanza and Jasmine were also super helpful in making me feel at ease (Botox first timer!) and explaining the process. Dr. Swengel's team was even able to take me early, and I was able to head back to work without any stress. I am very grateful for the entire team, and I am looking forward to my next facial and continuing my Botox journey! They are definitely not inexpensive, but when it comes to my face/body, I will gladly pay premium for excellent clinicians and products. Highly recommend this place!
