I had a lower facelift and fat transfer under my eyes done by Dr Roy 6 weeks ago. I could not be happier with the results! The scar’s are already barely noticeable and there was very little swelling and bruising. Most importantly, I look 10 years younger! Is this the face of a 58 year old? Besides the fantastic results, I absolutely love Dr Roy and all the staff that worked with me. I don’t know where they find these lovely professionals but everyone was so nice!

The professional staff they have is top notch and they will try their best to make you feel that you are the top priority as soon as you walk through the door. Dr. Roy is super nice, and so is the rest of the staff. I went in for 2 mole removals and both experiences were simple, quick, and easy. I didn't feel a thing and the results thus far have been great. No scarring, no pain. Thanks Dr. Roy and team 🙂

This review is long overdue. I was treated for dark sunspots on my face and to remove some tags, at RefinedMD last year and another spot removal treatment a couple weeks ago, by Vera Lee. I had amazing results and the service I received was so exceptional! Vera and her staff are so friendly and courteous. They made me feel so comfortable and did such an amazing job of treating all the areas that I had concerns about. Vera is so knowledgeable, yet so personable. I immediately felt comfortable with her and could see her genuine concern and care for her clients. They even followed up the next day to make sure I was feeling ok. I have seen other dermatologists in the past, but now I will exclusively go to Vera Lee for my dermatologic care. I highly recommend her for anyone that has any concerns or is thinking about treatments for their skin.

I love everything about RefinedMD. Dr. Swengel is an excellent dermatologist with extensive knowledge regarding all procedures that are helpful to get the best results. The staff is so friendly from the minute you enter the front check in to the the treatment room. The background music is upbeat and the surroundings are relaxing. The wait time was minimal and the Dr. entered the treatment room within minutes. They’re very accommodating with appointment times and follow up calls after treatments. I love this place!

I had the best experience with Dr. Roy and the entire RefinedMD staff during my recent surgery. From the pre opp appts in the office to answering any of my questions as they popped up, the team made me feel so comfortable and well taken care of throughout the process. I highly recommend.
