I had the most amazing experience with Dr.Roy, Christine, and the entire team at RefineMD. This team really is the gold standard. From scheduling my consultation with the front desk to my procedure, I couldn’t have asked for a more seamless and helpful process. I got chin lipo done and I am now about 2 months post op and SO happy with my results. Dr. Roy made sure I was comfortable the entire time- before, during, and after surgery- he really cares about his patients and is extremely knowledgeable and experienced in his practice. After this experience, I would 100/10 recommend Dr.Roy and his team for any facial surgery/ cosmetic needs.
I stumbled upon Refined medical spa as I was searching for a place when I relocated to San Jose. I needed a place for fillers and Botox for both my mother and I. Needless to say my mother and I were thrilled with our results. I worked with Jazmyn for my lips and she is truly an artist. The staff is helpful and kind. They now have a client for life. I truly recommend this spa and I am very picky about my services.

As soon as you walk through the door, the staff greet you with a warm welcome. The atmosphere is so warm and welcoming and calming, which definitely helped to calm my first time nerves! My experience from start to finish was nothing but top notch! I can't say enough about the staff and Dr. Roy. They walk right along side you through the entirety of your procedure, as well as the recovery process, explaining each step along the way. Dr. Roy is available at all times to answer any questions and to assist you through your recovery. I waited many years to have a rhinoplasty, as I worried about the surgery process and the outcome; however, as soon as I met Dr. Roy's team I knew from that moment I was in the best hands. I felt so comfortable and finally ready to change my nose that I had disliked for years, and the outcome was better than I expected. I had absolutely no pain, very slight bruising and the recovery process was so easy. The look of my nose is so natural and fits my face perfectly. I cannot thank Dr. Roy and his staff enough for helping me through this journey; it was one of the easiest decisions I've ever made and will be returning to Dr. Roy for procedures in the future.
