Dr Roy does amazing work. He is a true artist. He thoroughly explained the procedure, very helpful with all questions, and gives personalized attention. I was surprised at how little swelling and bruising I experienced. I healed quickly and almost letter by letter on how he described the recovery. This is the best thing I have ever done for myself. I will return to him for any and all future work. He is a consummate professional and a compassionate doctor. I recommend him without reservation.
Before my lower face lift, I studied the before and after photos on the Refined MD website. Although the results were beautiful, I knew my loose, sagging neck was much worse than any of the people in the photos. A friend told me to be “realistic” about the result I could expect. I decided I would be happy with just an improvement in my appearance. As it turns out, my result is amazing! My neck looks youthful and very natural. It is not obvious that I have had plastic surgery at all. My face is not stretched or pulled tight like some of my favorite celebrities who have had procedures that left them looking odd. I am very grateful to Dr Roy, Christine, and the rest of the team for this gift to my appearance and self-esteem.
Dr. Roy and staff were amazing! He was knowledgeable, detail-oriented, and quick (which is super important for my lifestyle). I was scared to put my face in someone's hands but after researching, checking ratings, looking at other peoples' results, watching YouTube videos-I was still scared lol. After I met the team at their pristine office, options were explained to me, and what was best for my needs, I never looked back. I am so happy that I overcame the fear. The results are better than expected. My issue is gone and I still look like myself.. Now my family is interested in addressing their facial concerns.
Dr. Roy listened to what I wanted to get done and he made his recommendations. I could tell his recommendations were based on what was feasible and best for my body and health. He wasn’t trying to add things just to make a business out of me. I appreciate that! He earned my trust. He also follow up on me and he did an excellent job. I am very satisfied.
