As soon as you walk through the door, the staff greet you with a warm welcome. The atmosphere is so warm and welcoming and calming, which definitely helped to calm my first time nerves! My experience from start to finish was nothing but top notch! I can't say enough about the staff and Dr. Roy. They walk right along side you through the entirety of your procedure, as well as the recovery process, explaining each step along the way. Dr. Roy is available at all times to answer any questions and to assist you through your recovery. I waited many years to have a rhinoplasty, as I worried about the surgery process and the outcome; however, as soon as I met Dr. Roy's team I knew from that moment I was in the best hands. I felt so comfortable and finally ready to change my nose that I had disliked for years, and the outcome was better than I expected. I had absolutely no pain, very slight bruising and the recovery process was so easy. The look of my nose is so natural and fits my face perfectly. I cannot thank Dr. Roy and his staff enough for helping me through this journey; it was one of the easiest decisions I've ever made and will be returning to Dr. Roy for procedures in the future. I highly recommend Refined MD they are wonderful and I couldn't have asked for a better experience!

Dr. Roy was amazing from start to finish. This was my first procedure ever and he made me feel very sure of my decision. Dr. Roy listened and addressed all of my concerns.
