Couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Dr. Roy and the entire team were awesome from start to finish and have even continued to check in after! I've seen Dr. Swengel at RefinedMD for years, and saw Dr. Roy there for an upper bleph earlier this year. He and his staff are amazing as well! As a redhead, I was expecting recovery to be rough, as I tend to swell like a blowfish, but I didn't. I have a size/shape disparity between my eyes, and he warned me that he wouldn't be able to address that, but it was definitely improved! For many years I've needed to lift my brows in an exaggerated manner to read street signs in the distance, etc, and I don't have to do that anymore without my hereditary heavy lids weighing on my eyes! I couldn't be happier. My results look completely natural, I don't look "Real Housewifey" or like I'm stuck in a wind tunnel. In my business, I have clients who are doctors and surgeons who were very impressed with his sutures, as I was back to work the next day. I would highly recommend Dr. Roy.
I saw Kathryn yesterday for a mini-facial and she was amazing! You can tell when someone loves what they do and are passionate about it. This was my experience with Kathryn! She was so informative and truly took the time to explain what my skin needs and why. I left there with my skin looking and feeling the best it has in a long time. Highly recommend!

Dr. Roy is AMAZING!! I am 8 weeks post lower Bleph and partial facial fat transfer and I am over the moon with my result!! Dr. Roy gave me exactly the natural result I was seeking. He is meticulous and and has an artistic eye that ensures a natural result!! Look no further for a facial plastic surgeon! Shout out also to his kind, caring and professional staff! This is my second time visiting RefinedMD and have nothing but good things to say about the entire experience. The office staff is extremely professional and welcoming. The Dr Swengel is excellent as was my experience with Vera Lee; both applied botox carefully compared to other providers I've used. I feel safe and comfortable pursuing other personal dermatology upkeep with these folks.
I had my consultation with Dr. Roy today and I have to say he is fantastic! He is very personable and honest about what he feels is best for your desired result. I left the office so excited for the treatment plan he laid out for me! I feel very confident that I made the right choice with Dr. Roy!
