Dr. Roy and staff were amazing! He was knowledgeable, detail-oriented, and quick (which is super important for my lifestyle). I was scared to put my face in someone's hands but after researching, checking ratings, looking at other peoples' results, watching YouTube videos-I was still scared lol. After I met the team at their pristine office, options were explained to me, and what was best for my needs, I never looked back. I am so happy that I overcame the fear. The results are better than expected. My issue is gone and I still look like myself.. Now my family is interested in addressing their facial concerns.
Dr. Roy listened to what I wanted to get done and he made his recommendations. I could tell his recommendations were based on what was feasible and best for my body and health. He wasn’t trying to add things just to make a business out of me. I appreciate that! He earned my trust. He also follow up on me and he did an excellent job. I am very satisfied. I have continued going with him as I respect his point of view and trust the quality of his job. He has the best attitude as well and is a good listener. And the staff is so friendly and helpful!! Love this place and it’s people!
Couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Dr. Roy and the entire team were awesome from start to finish and have even continued to check in after! Everyone made it a very comfortable experience as they guided me through the process. If you are looking for a place you can trust to take care of you, RefinedMD is exactly that! 11/10 they went above and beyond.
Amanda and Eric are warm, friendly and knowledgeable. The office is inviting and beautifully decorated. Parking is close. I will return!

I've seen Dr. Swengel at RefinedMD for years, and saw Dr. Roy there for an upper bleph earlier this year. He and his staff are amazing as well! As a redhead, I was expecting recovery to be rough, as I tend to swell like a blowfish, but I didn't. I have a size/shape disparity between my eyes, and he warned me that he wouldn't be able to address that, but it was definitely improved! For many years I've needed to lift my brows in an exaggerated manner to read street signs in the distance, etc, and I don't have to do that anymore without my hereditary heavy lids weighing on my eyes! I couldn't be happier. My results look completely natural, I don't look "Real Housewifey" or like I'm stuck in a wind tunnel. In my business, I have clients who are doctors and surgeons who were very impressed with his sutures, as I was back to work the next day. I would highly recommend Dr. Roy.
