This early 60’s female, with a history of a previous facelift, presented for a surgical consultation to assess her candidacy for a revision lower facelift. After speaking with double board certified Dr. Sudeep Roy, she determined her biggest concerns were prominent jowling and sagging in the neck. After thoroughly considering the risks and benefits of revision surgery, the patient moved forward with a revision lower facelift and fat transfer. We were all so glad she did, as the results are astounding. Not only does she look years younger, but the outcome also maintained her natural appearance without tell-tale signs of revision surgery.
