Facelift Before & After Case 1035

This early 60’s female presented for a revision facelift. Only two years back, she underwent a lower face and neck lift outside the country and was unhappy with results accomplished, especially in the lower face, with little to no reduction in the heaviness of her jowls. She sought out double board certified Dr. Sudeep Roy‘s advice given his experience in revision facelift surgery to see if there would even be any benefit to pursuing a revision. After a discussion of the proposed plan and the high-SMAS deep plane approach adopted by Dr. Roy, the patient decided to move forward with another chance to accomplish her aesthetic goals. We are all so glad she did! The revision lower face and neck lift effectively lifted up sagging soft tissues of the lower face, while tightening and elevating the neck to improve contours and definition.
