I am now 6 weeks out from my facelift, neck lift, fat transfer, and full-face CO2 laser treatment. My results are amazing, natural and have exceeded all my expectations! Dr. Roy’s impressive training, double board certifications, experience and positive reviews are what brought me in for my initial consultation. The warm and caring interactions from the entire team at every appointment is also what motivated me to write this review. I chose Dr. Roy for my surgery after conducting extensive research and having three different consultations with other surgeons who also specialize in facial surgery. I am so grateful and fortunate to have found Dr. Roy and his team. During my initial consultation, Dr. Roy patiently listened to my personal goals, suggested procedures to achieve the results I was looking for, set realistic expectations, addressed all my many questions and never tried to upsell me on additional procedures or services. He took his time and never made me feel rushed. Dr. Roy is extremely compassionate and caring and it is very obvious that he loves what he does and respects his patients. He personally sees me at every follow up visit with the same professionalism, enthusiasm and care as my first. His entire team is exceptional! Alex, Christine, and Monica truly make me feel welcomed, informed and cared for. I really appreciated all the follow up, answered questions and easy to understand pre and post op instructions I was given. This gave me confidence in my decision to move forward with the surgery. My post op appointments are met with the same level of care and warmth as the first. I highly recommend Dr. Roy for any facial surgery you are considering. From start to finish, my experience with Dr. Roy and his team has been nothing short of outstanding. Loved my experience here - from the time you walk in, you are greeted so professionally and their doctor and staff were amazing to work with. Made my small problem go away in a cinch and even though I was nervous (who isn’t when you’re getting an excision done), they handled my situation with such care and I felt very comfortable to resolve a small problem I had been dealing with for years! Thank you RefinedMD! I will definitely recommend you to others and you’ll be my first go to from now on for any dermatologist needs! 🙏🏽

RefinedMD was amazing! I went for a facial with Hannah and I felt so renewed. She explained what she was doing as well as gave recommendations for my skin specifically. The service was excellent and all the staff were so kind and helpful. I would highly recommend services here!

I love Jasmine! I always get my diamond glow deluxe facials with her. My skin leaves plump, glowy, and completely decongested every time. Also- she has AMAZING product recommendations. She gives lots of care and detail to what would be best. Thank you!

This office, this doctor, this whole experience was an A+. From start to finish, I felt very taken care of and was so extremely satisfied with my result - I would do it all over again.
