I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Roy and his team during the summer of 2025. From the very beginning to the end of my visit, Dr. Roy and his assistant, Christine, were highly professional, attentive, and welcoming. I felt extremely comfortable with the care Dr. Roy provided. He is incredibly detail oriented and truly passionate about his work, which genuinely radiates when he speaks with you. He took the time to explain everything thoroughly and made sure all of my questions were answered, which gave me a great sense of trust and confidence. Christine was equally kind and professional, helping make the entire experience smooth and reassuring. I highly recommend Dr. Roy for any procedures or consultations because his expertise, passion, and dedication to patient care truly set him apart.

Dr Roy was very supportive in getting me thru my neck lift experience. I had swelling and bruising at first and he went out of his way to give me red light treatments and sonic wave treatments. I had a big event in 2 weeks and we were working extra hard to get my face looking presentable. I attended thee event 2 weeks after surgery and no one noticed anything !

I feel incredibly fortunate to have had such an amazing experience with Dr. Roy and his entire team. I underwent a neck and lower facelift, performed comfortably IN OFFICE , and the care I received exceeded all expectations. I had an incredible experience here for my lower bleph with Dr. Roy and his team! Surgery can be overwhelming, and Christine, Destiny, and McKenna were extremely communicative and helpful throughout the whole process to make it as easy for me as possible. Dr. Roy is so personable and honest, I knew from our consult that he was going to be the one. I’m super happy with my results so far - they are super natural and I have gotten so many compliments on how I look glowing!

I have had diamond glow deluxe facials with Jasmine twice and both times it has been a phenomenal experience. She has amazing technique and works patiently to work with your concerns. She has great product recommendations too without being pushy at all. At first I was skeptical about the price point of the facial but I am convinced I deserve this treatment once every two months at least. My face is always glowing for 6 weeks after. Absolutely recommend it!

I was extremely hesitant about pursuing any cosmetic procedure and spent a long time researching my options. I finished my last Coolsculpting session and couldn’t be happier with my results. Wow! The entire experience was awesome too. I felt cared for by Dania, who is such an amazing person! She is both professional and caring. Always checking in to make sure I was as comfortable as possible - even bringing me snacks and water. I was really a bit anxious to do this, but honestly, I couldn’t imagine it going any better than this. Thank you Dania and RefinedMD!!

I am so happy I found RefinedMD. I have been to many dermatologist offices for various procedures and have finally found THE place for all my future treatments. The front staff is kind, attentive and informative. Dr Swengel is a true artist and master of Dermatology. I trust him with any recommendations and I appreciate his years in the industry and skill set. I recently had three sessions of EZgel and I cannot recommend it enough. As a 38 year old I am focused on building collagen naturally and do not want to look overdone. Ezgel is done by taking your own plasma, spinning it down in a centrifuge, and then injecting it into the areas of concern. After each treatment I couldn’t believe the improvements I saw. Skin is less crepey, fine lines under my eyes are gone, skin looks more radiant. I would highly recommend this treatment to anyone looking for a natural way to stimulate collagen in your face. Can’t wait to visit the office again for another treatment.

The Refined MD staff have been amazing! They (Dr. Roy, Alex, Monica, Christine) are professional, competent and personable.
