I’m currently 6 weeks post-op from my lower blepharoplasty with fat transfer and CO2 laser with Dr. Roy, and even though I’m still healing, I couldn’t be happier with my experience so far. From my initial consultation through surgery and follow-ups, Dr. Roy has been consistently attentive, thorough, and reassuring. He took the time to explain every step of the process and made me feel comfortable and confident in my decision. I especially appreciated Dr. Roy’s check-ins shortly after the procedure. The care and precision he put into my procedure are already showing in my results. Even with some mild, expected inflammation and ongoing healing, I can already see a beautiful improvement in my eyes. Each person on the team I interacted with was welcoming, professional and kind. Christine was awesome and super helpful, making the beginning process easy from answering questions to scheduling my surgery date and setting up follow-up appointments. Alex, the PA, was caring and attentive, taking time to answer my questions over the phone between visits. Monica greeted me with a warm smile and kindness at every appointment, making me feel truly welcome. I truly feel I’m in the best hands and can’t wait to see my final results in the months ahead. Choosing Dr. Roy was the best decision I’ve made. I don’t look tired anymore and feel much more confident. Love this place! I come for Botox, fillers, facials and now I got my HRT pellet in and it has changed my life for real!!!! Staff is very warm and welcoming and professional! Very happy!

Incredible . I am 76 British with pale skin and blue eyes !! I did wegovy for 4 months dropped from 156 to 134 :))) but !! Comments please do not lose anymore weight ..! It shows in your face , gaunt ... etc . Not how wonderful for you . The more I stared in the mirror "ozempic" face . I made an appointment with refined md . . Dr Roy , PA Alex Monica , Christine my original contact were so supportive .. understood my advanced age , financial restraints etc . Never felt judged or over sold . Yes I want to look like Kim K. ... but .... I had in office under local anesthesia . . Mini face lift . Totally terrified but No Pain. The team were there supporting me , and Dr Roy sang acapello to ensure I was totally comfortable . ( Bob Dylan he is not .) .... I feel brighter younger with no plastic face . The staff-in the office are lovely . Thank you team for your love support and being there for me . Just had my 6 week post op check with Dr Roy and Alex . As a working professional running my own business, I got carried away in work, disregarding what matters most: ME. I use zoom almost every day and I noticed that something on the computer screen was off and I didn't look like myself anymore. I went to my dermatologist thinking that fillers and cosmetic treatments will solve the problem, but he recommended to talk to Dr. Roy at RedinedMD because the solution he would offer would likely be what I am looking for. I was prepared for the possibility of surgery and I did feel apprehensive about the results and recovery after a real surgical procedure. Dr. Roy patiently answered my questions, and walked me through the procedure step-by-step. I felt comfortable that Dr. Roy is a facial plastic surgeon and that facial procedures is all that he does. I am very pleased with the result of my facelift and necklift. The recovery was not as difficult as I had expected. Yes, the recovery was annoying, but not as bad as social media may make it seem (and I read a lot of stuff on social media before I made the decision to have Dr. Roy do my surgery). And, I would like to insert some humor here: when I was recovering, I could not talk for a few days, which gave my husband a nice break. This is really the only discomfort that I had, and that was about it. I feel like a brand new person thanks to Dr. Roy and I recommend him wholeheartedly. Thank you.

Dr. Roy was absolutely phenomenal. He makes patients feel seen, heard, and truly cared for. His bedside manner is unlike anything I’ve ever experienced- warm, attentive, and deeply compassionate. He takes time to listen to concerns without ever rushing people, explains everything with clarity and patience, and makes people feel completely at ease during what is otherwise a very stressful time. His medical expertise is exceptional, and his genuine care for his patients is evident in every interaction. I can honestly say I’ve never met a doctor as dedicated, kind, and skilled as Dr. Roy.
