Every time I go into Refined MD they make me feel very welcomed, from the providers to the assistants to Jasmine at the front desk they're all great. I usually see Rachelle and she really knows her stuff!!

It’s so hard to decide who to trust your face with but I have someone I trust implicitly. Rachelle RN at RefinedMD in Los Gatos. She is precision and artistry. She designed my lips and took the utmost care with not too big not too small, with finesse they are now sculpted. Her colleague Giselle supported me all the way through the procedure. Dania is awesome! She’s super nice, fun to be around, and really knows what she’s doing. You can tell she’s experienced and confident, which makes you feel totally comfortable. I always have a great time when I see her. Highly recommend!

HE IS THE BEST IM 26 year old female contacted them about my concerns they answered and delivered everything I needed in a fast response time I made my appointment they were kinda booked but I had got lucky n put my deposit down within a week of communicating and went in for surgery within two months I believe the soonest appointment they had n they made me feel so secure and heard I would one recommend going to him as I have had a prior nose job with someone from my home town Arizona but was not very happy with my results so I will always fly out for Dr Roy and his team for any surgeries or anything in the future

Special shoutout to Alice, Kendrick, and Esperanza 🙂 these lovely humans go above and beyond to make my experience pleasant, comfortable, and FUN every single visit!! They are always sooo generous and kind and definitely give you the bestest bang for your buck! Alice is absolutely the BEST! She gives you personalized treatments to make sure she addresses all of your skin concerns !! Her assistant Kendrick is incredibly talented as well and makes you feel absolutely taken care of the entire visit. Esperanza’s delightful presence always makes me excited walking through their doors 🙂 they always take such good care of me and everyone else I’ve referred here!!! I have been seeing Alice, NP for lasers and injectables for 7 or 8 months at this point and have seen such a huge improvement in my skin. I’ve had 2 BBL, 1 Ultra Clear, and restalayne kysse in my lips. The treatments, despite supposedly being uncomfortable or actually very comfortable and Alice checked with me at every different section of my face and body on how the settings felt. For procedure procedures that needed numbing she made sure that I was numb for an hour before starting the treatment. She also recommended me skin care that has made such a difference in my skin. This is my first time using medical skin care and it really makes a difference. As far as the office goes. It is extremely nice and luxury, the rooms are super nice and decorated. It looks new inside, everything is super clean, and I didn’t even mention how kind and fun all of the staff is there if you have brown spots, sun, damage, redness, fine lines, wrinkles, texture, scarring or other skin conditions I highly recommend making a consult appt with Alice. Another Amazing Appointment with Alice. This time I did the Moxie laser for anti-aging, dark spots and that glass skin! Videos are of my first BBL session for browns and reds, then a video of my Moxie Laser results!

I had an amazing experience at RefinedMD and couldn't be happier with the results of my treatments. I came in for both Sculptra and CoolSculpting, and each procedure was handled with the utmost professionalism and care. Dania, who performed my CoolSculpting, was absolutely fantastic. She made me feel completely comfortable from the moment I arrived, thoroughly explained the entire process, and ensured I felt at ease the whole time. Her attention to detail and warm, welcoming demeanor made the experience so pleasant. Dr. Swengel, who administered the Sculptra, was very detail oriented. He took the time to carefully assess my needs and tailored the treatment specifically to my trouble areas. Had a lower bleph procedure 6 weeks ago and I’m glad I went with Dr. Roy at RefinedMD. Dr. Roy and his staff have been attentive to my needs and have welcomed any questions/concerns that I’ve had. The results itself are better than what I could’ve imagine honestly… I cannot believe the amazing job that he did. An enhanced version of myself and I’m way more confident especially without makeup. Very thankful that I was able to find Dr. Roy!

I had an amazing experience with Dr. Roy and his team, Christine, Alex and Monica, and would highly recommend them!
