I’m approximately three months post op for upper/lower blepharoplasty and continue to see improvement as my results are settling. The team is responsive and organized and Dr. Roy is extremely talented and has a wonderful bedside manner. This combination was difficult to find during my search for a surgeon. While I didn’t experience pain during the process, I did have a lot of anxiety. I felt the team was patient and understanding while also being realistic and straightforward with me in regards to the potential of my results and what to expect along the way. I recommend Dr. Roy and anticipate I will only become more pleased with my results over the next few months. Thank you!

I love the option of being able to do an appointment via zoom with those that take care of my skin. I would highly recommend this location for your skin needs. Can’t wait to start my treatment, cause my skin needs it! I also, have been going here for 5 years and it’s worth the drive and they always help me keep my skin looking it’s best

My experience with Dr. Roy and his team was incredible! I was insecure about my under eyes for years and I always looked tired. I have spent hundreds of dollars on creams and products to help reduce the puffiness and nothing was helping. I came across Dr. Roy’s work on TikTok and decided to book a consultation. They made me feel very welcomed from the moment I walked into his office. He walked me through his recommendations and ultimately the procedure I wanted to get (lower bleph). They were able to book me for surgery within a month. Surgery went smooth and my recovery was easy. Dr. Roy and his team were very thorough when it came to follow ups. They made sure all my questions were answered at all times. I am so happy with my results. I finally look well rested! I highly recommend Dr. Roy and his team!

I chose Dr Roy at RefineMD to do my lower bleph because of how nice and welcoming he was during my consultation. He answered all my questions and I immediately felt assured that everything would go well. I had my surgery on 1/20, I’m 3 months post op now and I love my results. The recovery wasn’t too bad and Dr Roy was always available via text when I had questions. Thank you Dr Roy, Christine, Alex and the whole RefineMD team for such a positive experience!

I strongly recommend RefinedMD. I have been going to see Dr. Swengel and his amazing team for over 10 years. Recently I saw Hannah for a wonderful facial.
