My experience with Dr. Roy and his team was incredible! I was insecure about my under eyes for years and I always looked tired. I have spent hundreds of dollars on creams and products to help reduce the puffiness and nothing was helping. I came across Dr. Roy’s work on TikTok and decided to book a consultation. They made me feel very welcomed from the moment I walked into his office. He walked me through his recommendations and ultimately the procedure I wanted to get (lower bleph). They were able to book me for surgery within a month. Surgery went smooth and my recovery was easy. Dr. Roy and his team were very thorough when it came to follow ups. They made sure all my questions were answered at all times. I am so happy with my results. I finally look well rested! I highly recommend Dr. Roy and his team!

I chose Dr Roy at RefineMD to do my lower bleph because of how nice and welcoming he was during my consultation. He answered all my questions and I immediately felt assured that everything would go well. I had my surgery on 1/20, I’m 3 months post op now and I love my results. The recovery wasn’t too bad and Dr Roy was always available via text when I had questions. Thank you Dr Roy, Christine, Alex and the whole RefineMD team for such a positive experience!

She has magic hands, is incredibly knowledgeable about products and helped me refine my home skin care regimen. Plus their skin care lines are top notch.

I did extensive research and consulted multiple doctors before choosing Dr. Roy, and I’m so glad I did. Even though I live in LA, I happily make the drive to see him—the entire experience exceeded my expectations from start to finish. Christine was incredibly kind and patient, answering all my (many) questions and making me feel completely at ease. The nurses were attentive and accommodating to my specific medication preferences during the pre-op call, and on surgery day, I actually had fun! The follow-up care has been just as seamless. Dr. Roy and his team are professional, organized, and genuinely a pleasure to be around. More than that, they make you feel truly cared for every step of the way. Dr. Roy himself is extremely knowledgeable, straightforward, and charismatic. I have high standards and feel 100% confident that I’ve found the best doctor and team for me.
