This 52-year-old female came to us to discuss what she could do to address the rather progressive onset of heavy jowls and neck skin laxity. She was not particularly interested in non-surgical skin tightening devices, or fillers, due to their incremental and temporary effects. However, the patient was also somewhat anxious about surgery and the anticipated downtime involved.
After several meetings to discuss our common goals, she was reassured about what she wanted to accomplish and underwent a full lower facelift with an under-eye chemical peel.
