This 69-year-old female presented for consultation to discuss management of the neck and jowls. Although not expecting to look like she did her in 30s and 40s, she wanted to just be able to look at herself in the mirror and not cringe. She had tried a few other non-surgical treatments over time, but understood that these would not give her the results she was looking for and definitely for not as long.

Although there was some normal hesitation to move forward with surgery, she trusted in the process and had her transformation in mind. These results are three months after surgery.
