This late 50’s female, had concerns about her lower face and neck, particularly after spending many years in the sun during her youth. To address these concerns,she underwent a lower face and neck lift, full-face fat transfer, chemical peel, and perioral CO2 laser. She was very pleased with the dramatic improvement in the fine lines and texture around her lower face and perioral area, as well as the removal of excess skin in her neck.
