This 54-year-old female presented with concerns related to deep etched-in lines on her skin, a tired deflated face, and heaviness around her eyes. She was found to have extensive solar damage, irregular pigmentation, and loss of youthful fullness and volume in her face. Botox treatments were also not enough to reduce her wrinkles.
After discussing both non-surgical and surgical facial rejuvenation, the patient chose to seek treatment with Dr. Sudeep Roy. She underwent full-face Jessners-35% Chemical Peel, facial fat transfer and upper/lower blepharoplasty. Her skin is now clearer, fairer and smoother. We were also able to restore a more pleasant fullness to her face without the use of temporary fillers!
