• If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason contact us at info@refinedmd.com within 30 days of your purchase and we will honor your decision to return the product for either a refund, store credit or exchange depending on the circumstance.
• We do not offer free shipping for returns but you are able to return the item to the RefinedMD location at 800 Pollard Rd. Los Gatos, CA.
• All product sales on discounted items are final, unless the product you receive is defective.
