5 Celebrities Share Their “Pairing Treatments”

Every procedure and treatment has its limits, whether it’s non-invasive, minimally-invasive, or surgical. At RefinedMD, we offer a variety of treatments and procedures to address every concern you might have and often recommend pairing treatments for optimal results. Some of the most popular combinations include Botox and fillers, facelifts with skin tightening, facelifts with Botox, and microneedling with Ultherapy. Everyone is unique, so your treatment plan should be designed just for you.

Celebrities are notoriously mum about what they’ve “had done” but some are a little more forthcoming. Take a look at the cosmetic treatments these celebs have copped to and why:

1. Cindy Crawford.

The former supermodel revealed in 2015 that at a certain age, there’s only so much creams and topicals can do. She admitted to Botox as well as “collagen,” but didn’t expand on what she meant by collagen. Considering Crawford was discussing the limits of creams, there’s a good chance she meant collagen induction therapy. This can mean multiple things, ranging from microneedling to using “fillers” like Sculptra. Collagen is our natural fountain of youth, but we make less of it the older we get (even supermodels). It sounds as if Crawford likes the Botox/fillers combination just like so many other people—and clearly it’s working for her.

2. Gwyneth Paltrow.

According to Paltrow’s interview in Harper’s Bazaar, “I’ve probably tried everything…I’ll try anything.” However, when she first got Botox a decade ago, she didn’t love the results. That could have been due to a subpar injection since Botox is the most popular minimally invasive procedure. Paltrow later checked out another type of neuromodulator and loved the experience and results so much that she became an ambassador for the brand! It just goes to show that you need to find the right treatment for you and make sure you have a skilled injector taking care of your treatments.

3. Kaley Cuoco.

The actor revealed that she’s had a myriad of treatments, including rhinoplasty and fillers. According to Cuoco, “As much as you want to love your inner self, I’m sorry, you also want to look good.” Pairing plastic surgery like a nose job with cosmetic treatments such as fillers is a great way to get optimal results. The actor warns that such treatments shouldn’t be undergone for anyone but yourself, boasting about the confidence it gave her. That’s the kind of feedback we love to hear.

4. Brooke Shields.

The star has admitted to having Botox in the past, but revealed that she’s now interested in laser skin rejuvenation. This is a powerful duo, tackling two of the most common signs of aging: wrinkles and skin laxity along with poor skin tone. Shields, one of the most beautiful celebrities in the world, takes a conservative approach to treatments and that’s how many clients begin their journey. You’ll be amazed at what the right laser and neuromodulator can do for you. According to Shields, she needs to find someone with a “light touch” before she explores the world of lasers. (Brooke, call us!).

5. Katy Perry.

Perry has denied surgery rumors for years while being quick to cop to getting lasers and fillers done. Specifically, she says she gets fillers under her eyes to create volume in the hollow area. She says she would “recommend it for everyone who wants a solution for their dark circles.” Everyone loses good fat in their face as they get older, and this can lead to circles, bags, or both. Fillers are a quick and easy way to address this.

So, which pairing is perfect for you? Find out during a consultation. It’s important to choose a clinic that offers all of the best, safest, and most effective procedures, whether you’re looking for something “light” like Shields or a more aggressive approach a la Cuoco.

Mixing and matching treatments is one of our favorite things to do. Remove the inherent boundaries and barriers of singular treatments by creating your very own treatment plan. After all, two (or more!) is better than one. Contact RefinedMD to book your consultation by calling the office or just complete the online form for the quickest response.
