This late 60’s female, with a history of a previous mini-lift by another plastic surgeon 6 years prior, came to see us interested in a “tuck-up” procedure. Still incredibly active and working in retail, she felt that her prominent jowls, neck skin laxity, and eye bags were aging her significantly compared to her colleagues and peers. She was very clear that she did not expect to look 20 again, but wanted to appear refreshed and confident again.
Plastic Surgeon Dr. Sudeep Roy performed a limited incision lower facelift (aka, Refresh Mini-lift), bilateral upper blepharoplasty, bilateral lower blepharoplasty and a full face fat transfer. Not only does she look stunning with beautiful lower face and neck contours, her face looks more youthful because of the added volume from the fat transfer.
