This 51-year-old female presented with several concerns related to aging, specifically heaviness above her eyelids, crepey and wrinkled skin, sinking jowls, and noticeable neck skin laxity. Having seen other close family members undergoing facelifts and eyelid surgery, she was very concerned about looking natural, not stretched out, or with any other tell-tale signs of having surgery.
Dr. Sudeep Roy met with the patient and they together discussed the various non-surgical and surgical options extensively, after which she decided to go with Dr. Roy’s surgical recommendations. The patient underwent a lower facelift, upper blepharoplasty and facial fat transfer. Three months later, you can see a beautifully enhanced lower face and neck contour that was exactly what she (and we) envisioned and hoped for!
