This 48-year-old female came to us to discuss management of the lower face and neck. She had always been somewhat self-conscious of lack of definition between the chin and neck, and as she got older, noticed progressively worsening jowling and a fading jawline. Although she was anxious about the prospect of surgery, she was reassured after viewing before and after pictures of women in her age range, as well as speaking to some of these women about their experience.
Dr. Sudeep Roy performed a full lower facelift, addressing the neck more directly before elevating the sagging lower facial tissues.
