Facelift Patient 15
This is a 72-year-old female with a history of two previous facelifts (elsewhere). She was generally happy with each procedure but recently started noticing increased skin laxity in the lower face and neck, which we was not prepared for. As she was in excellent health and had a relatively small and light frame, Dr. Sudeep Roy recommended a mini-lift (or limited incision lower facelift) in the office. Accessing the muscular layer from a different approach than what was used before, we were able to mobilize the soft tissues significantly and give her back a beautiful, youthful contour along the jawline and in the neck. Using medical-grade skin care to prepare her skin prior to surgery also helped with the incredible post-operative result.
