This 61-year-old female presented to us with concerns related to lower facial aging and significant neck skin laxity. Being a very active person, she did not feel comfortable with the way she appeared in the mirror, to the point that she felt her outside just did not align with the way she felt on the inside. She knew what she wanted and came to see board certified facial surgeon, Dr. Sudeep Roy, to discuss facelifting to address her concerns more long-term. After discussing a lower facelift procedure and showing her what could be accomplished, she was reassured about wanting to move forward. Needless to say, her results are simply amazing and demonstrate the ability of a lower facelift to restore youthful contours while maintaining a natural, un-stretched look.
