This 62-year-old female presented for revision lower face and neck lift. Having had multiple procedures in the past, including those that did not quite give her the appearance she was seeking and which left her with unattractive scarring around the ears and under the chin, the patient was desperate to find an experienced revision facelift surgeon who could help her with her concerns.
It was clear from her consultation with Dr. Roy that although her case would be challenging, she would be able to achieve a significant improvement in her lower facial and neck contours with a revision full lower facelift. She also opted for a revision upper blepharoplasty and earlobe reduction. The patient took a leap of faith, and thankfully, her post-operative results were just what she was hoping for, and more!
