This 49-year-old female presented with concerns related to neck skin laxity and visible banding. She had always been proud and happy with the appearance of her neck until more recently where she started noticing aging changes that she was not ready for. Although not concerned about lower facial laxity when she came in, she was aware of the benefits of actively managing impending changes in her face due to aging while she is young and healthy. After a thorough discussion of both her non-surgical and surgical options, she decided to move forward with the mini-lift procedure that addresses the jowls, jawline and neck.
