This 49-year-old female presented for concerns related to lower face and neck aging. She felt like all of a sudden she noticed that her neck started sagging more than she thought was OK for her age, while noticing more prominence of her lower facial jowls. She wanted a definitive solution to help lift her face and neck and was interested in what a mini-facelift could offer.
She met with board certified facial surgeon Dr. Sudeep Roy to discuss surgical options, and was found to be a good candidate for a limited incision lower facelift and fat transfer. Post-operatively, she has been transported back in time with a more defined jawline and youthful neck contour.
