This 61-year-old female presented for a surgical consultation to improve the appearance of her lower face and neck. Having used lasers, neuromodulators, and fillers to slow down the effect of aging, she realized she probably needed a more definitive surgical intervention to reverse the changes caused by sun exposure and age.
The patient met with Board Certified facial surgeon Dr. Sudeep Roy a few times while weighing her options. In a leap of faith, she decided to move forward with a lower face and neck lift and facial fat transfer and skin resurfacing. She has not looked back since!
